Starbucks has a new size

I can not remember what the name of it is but Starbucks has a 32oz size now for their cold drinks

 

YuM! JZ bought me a shaken ice tea lemonade today for taking him to run errands and to work -

 

so as I was waiting I had my trusty Kindle to occupy my time.

 

That was my morning then I came home and was incredibly lazy. Saturday afternoon naps are the best!

Pair of Earrings

I made this pair of earrings today...

I need to work on taking better pictures. I will figure it out! These are made with Swarovski Crystals bicone in light Rose and Swarovski pearls in almond.

Tucson tomorrow! It is finally here! I will photo everything I get and post pictures of my finds when I return.

Button Jewelry

I started a few button items today. Unfortunately the bracelet I wanted to make will not work so I need to figure out how to redo it or just buy more buttons. The buttons I have now the holes are too small for what I wanted them for. So I will continue creating something until I get different buttons.

My lovely friend Vanessa surprised me by taking me to lunch today. I always enjoy my time with Vanessa, however unfortunately she is one of the busiest people I know so if she calls to get together I go! I will actually see her 2 days in a row as I'm taking her to the airport tomorrow for her weekend trip.

After lunch I went to Michael's and got some more new goodies. I have a few gift cards from Christmas so I've been slowly using them up.Here is what I bought today. 

 

The top piece I plan on making a bracelet with. And earrings with the bottom 2.

Earrings or a multi-layer bracelet hmm..

On the way home I went to Amiee's (my friend and my nieces grandma) to show her what I bought and show her some things I've been working on. And of course it's always great to see my niece Trin!

That about rounded out my day. I didn't get more jewelry done like I was hoping but there's always tomorrow! This was me today - I like this color green.

2 more days then Tucson!

I had a good Tuesday, I baby-sat for my nieces Lily (2 years 3 months) and Mina (3.5 months) and had a great time. I didn't get any photos of Lily as she pretty much napped the whole time I was there but got some of Mina.

I have a gift of putting babies to sleep aww. 

It's hard to take a picture and hold a sleeping baby.

I had a great time and will see them both next Tuesday and for the next 3 Tuesdays :)

The other day on my ventures out I found some items I liked and decided I wanted to make something with them. The 2 matching ones on top, I'm trying to decide if I'd like to make a pair of earrings or 2 necklaces or even one necklace using them both in the necklace - hmm..

I will have to decide when I sit down to make something.

I know I'm a broken record but I can't wait for Tucson! I really hope they have more pendants this year than they did last. I could pretty much only find those glass ones which you can now buy at the malls for 3.99 ugh killing me people! I can't compete with that! This year I will be more focused and more logical with my decisions. 2 more days!

Oh Poor Me

I hate to complain but…

I truly despise my back sometimes.

I previously mentioned my bad back and well one adjustment did not work, I went back to the chiropractor today. I tend to be a BIG BABY when my back acts up, which frankly is understandable. The poor husband came home to me crying today. I’m just upset because I’m telling you hell or high water I will be going to the Tucson gem show Friday. I told my sister if I have to rent a wheelchair and she has to push me we are going! I know though I will be fine by Friday. I’m feeling better tonight so just have to keep on the mend.

Nothing big happened today just the chiropractor then I laid around feeling sorry for myself ha. No projects done today but they are stacking up in my mind so after I baby-sit tomorrow hopefully I can get something done! And hopefully my back is perfect tomorrow! Here’s wishin!
